Choi pan
memang paling nikmat disantap selagi hangat.
? disini hampir sama sekali belum pernah ketemu penjual choi pan kecuali
1 choi pan seharga Rp. 1000 . anda penasaran ? coba
aja di rasa pasti ketagihan hehe. Selamat mencoba hehehe

anyone know
the name of the food above it what? surely you already know. yaa chai Kue or
Choi pan name. some time ago I visited one of the culinary places in pontianak
city. why did I choose that place? because in that place there is my favorite
food, the chai cake.
Choi pan or chai cake is one food that is very identical with the city of Pontianak, West Kalimantan. Although very popular and already known long time in Pontianak turns choi pan is not the original food of Pontianak but the result of the influence brought by overseas Chinese strain of Chinese who come and settle in Indonesia. This is evident from the origin of the word chai cake or choi pan itself derived from Chinese, where chai means vegetables while the cake means cookies, so literally chai cake means a cake that contains vegetables. Not only in Pontianak, in Singkawang also chai cake is very famous. To me the chai cake in Singkawang is better than in Pontianak, why is that? may influence the hands of the maker wkwkwk.
In the place I visited it was available a variety of processed chai cake, among them steamed chai cai, fried cookie chai, and chai kake kremes.
Choi pan itself is a kind of dimsum that contains vegetables and cooked in a steamed way. The contents are usually varied ranging from bengkoang and taro mixed with ebi or bamboo shoot and chopped sliced. While the skin is made from a mixture of rice flour and sago flour to produce a slick and chewy skin texture, then the outside is smeared with garlic oil and fried garlic. From the 4 variations of its content, I prefer the content of yam and chives.
For the presentation, choi pan always juxtaposed with chili that has been mixed with other spices very spicy. So enjoy choi pan will feel some kind of flavor at the same time, sweet taste of bengkoang, savory and salted from the use of spices and ebi then there is a spicy taste of chilli. Choi pan is the most delicious eaten while warm. If in Pontianak, this dish can be found almost in all corners of the region even peddled around. But not so with other cities, maybe we can still easily find choi pan in Singkawang, Bangka Belitung and even Jakarta, but in Bali? here almost had never met seller choi pan unless deliberately looking to a restaurant that sells Chinese food. Besides the delicious taste. The price is also affordable. 1 choi pan for Rp. 1000. you curious? just try it in the sense of addiction hehe. Congratulations trying his chai-cake ya hehehe
